MIKE TOMACELLI BRAZILIAIN JIU-JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at it’s finest.  Here at Tomacelli Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu we train hard, fight hard, and most importantly we are a family.  If you want an environment where you can be pushed,  whether you are a fighter, college athlete, wrestler, or just the average individual then Tomacelli Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is for you.  Men, women, teenagers, and kids are all welcome.

Tomacelli Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is not your run of the mill commercial school.  There is only one in existence.  You will not walk in and see a chart showing how long it will take you to achieve a rank if you attend a certain number of classes and pay a certain amount of money.  This is just not how it is supposed to be done.  Some people ultimately learn more quickly or more slowly than others.  Ultimately it is up to the instructor to determine where their students’ skill levels are at by observing them and training with them.  This should never be left to the decision of an attendance chart.

We are very lucky to have Mike Tomacelli’s coach, 8th Degree Coral Belt Joe Moreira, stop in on a regular basis, as he lives only a few miles away.  Not only is Mike’s lineage traceable, chances are you will meet his coach, Master Joe Moreira, on a random night throughout the week or at one of the many seminars he teaches at Tomacelli Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. 

Some questions you should ask when looking for a new school

1.  Who is the head instructor?
2.  Does he teach all classes?
3.  What is his lineage?
4.  What are the prices & contract terms?
5.  How often does the head instructor’s coach come teach seminars?
6.  How long are classes and how are they structured?
7.  What are the belt rankings based off of?
8.  How long is the free trial period?
